Uttarpara Anubhuti Welfare Association began its journey following this great message.

We started our journey overcoming several obstacles, barriers, and more. And now we have reached a successful position. The organization has registered and opened its bank accounts for the members as well as the nonmembers who want to donate to the nobel cause.

On July 16, we traveled to the Sundarbans region near Loyalgunj. The team observed that riverbank erosion is the most significant problem that needs to be taken care of. In some areas, there are plantations, but in other areas, there is a lack of greenery that has been removed. As a result, the riverbanks are perpetually eroding causing severe harm to nature.

That is why, we have decided to take some steps and protect the area from river erosion by planting 50,000 saplings of Jhau, Sundari, Goran, Gewa, and Bani at the designated location started from 19th August 2023.
